| A | Chiropractic Depot is a storefront inside of your Now You Know website that carries a variety of health, wellness, and fitness products. Patients can purchase items from the storefront inside your NYK website and have these items shipped directly to their address. For each sale that is made on your NYK website, you will earn a commission. |
| Q | How can I get a Chiropractic Depot storefront? |
| A | Chiropractic Depot is available for Doctors with the Now You Know “Premium Plus” package. If you already have a NYK website or services, you can easily upgrade to the Premium Plus package. If you already have another website, in most cases you can transfer the unique information on your current site to a new NYK site. | Q | How does Chiropractic Depot work? |
| A | It is very simple. With the NYK Premium Plus package, you get a Chiropractic Depot consumer storefront inside your NYK website. Patients and visitors who go there can make purchases through your storefront. The manufacturer, or vendor will then ship the items purchased directly to the patient. On each sale that is made on your site's storefront, you receive a commission. |
| Q | What products are available in this storefront? |
| A | The list of products available on a Chiropractic Depot storefront includes a continually growing list of health, fitness, and wellness related products. These products fall into six general categories. These are:

| Q | Can I select which products are in my storefront? |
| A | Yes - Absolutely! Doctors will have several options to select which products are available for sale on their storefront.
Ultimately, you have total control over what can be sold on your storefront. |
| Q | How much are the commissions? |
| A | The commissions will vary with each individual product. These commissions have been negotiated by Chiropractic Depot prior to products being made available for the storefront. You can see the commissions for each product in the control center where you can select which products you want to appear on the storefront. |
| Q | How do I get the money from my commissions? |
| A | The monies from the commissions from sales are deposited directly into a checking account that you specify. You may want this to be your primary business account, or you may want to open a separate free checking account to receive funds from sales. |
| Q | How will I know when a sale is made? Can I track the sales? |
| A | When sales are made, you will receive a notification email of that sale. Additionally, you can view a report in your Chiropractic Depot control center that will show you the sales made on your storefront. |
| Q | Can I list a product in the storefront? |
| A | You cannot list products yourself. You can, however, submit prospective products to us for consideration. We will then negotiate with the manufacturer to see if it fits the Chiropractic Depot model. All products listed are then available for sale on all the consumer storefronts with all doctors. |
| Q | Who is responsible for the product warrantees? |
| A | The manufacturer or actual seller of the product is responsible for all product warrantees. Part of their agreement to list products on Chiropractic Depot is their accepting responsibility for the products, and providing contact information for product servicing. |
| Q | I like the current website I have. Can I still get a Chiropractic Depot? |
| A | Yes, you have two choices to accomplish this. If you like the unique content that is in your current website and it is not copyrighted by another company, we can usually transfer that content over to a new NYK site and you can then have a Chiropractic Depot. If you do not want to transfer, you will still need to subscribe to the NYK premium plus package. We will then create another website for you that can be placed inside your current website and that second site will contain a Chiropractic Depot. |
| Q | Why do I need to have the NYK Premium Plus package? |
| A | The services of the NYK Premium Plus Package give you the ability to send mailers to your patient lists. This is a critical ability that will be needed to allow you to promote products to your patients. NO PROMOTIONS ARE EVER SENT TO YOUR PATIENTS UNLESS YOU SEND THEM. However, as products are added, you will be given materials that you may want to send to your patient list using the NYK Premium Plus Package services. |

| Q | Are there any legal issues? |
| A | You are not actually selling items on your site. You are accepting commissions from vendor's sales for directing, and allowing patients and visitors to purchase products from your storefront. The vendor is normally responsible for any sales taxes. However, state laws are continually changing and you should keep abreast and remain in compliance with any unique laws for this type of arrangement. Additionally, you should always be in compliance with state licensing laws relative to your practice act. If you have any questions in this area please consult your State Board. Each State or Jurisdiction has different laws and regulations that govern your ability to practice. It is your responsibility to review your State or Jurisdictional Law and always keep yourself in compliance. Laws and or regulations will vary relative to your participation with the Chiropractic Depot service. Some laws may require disclosure or disclaimers or have other prohibitions relative to your participation as a health care provider. Please review all pertinent laws and regulations carefully and always keep in compliance. If you are unclear as to the laws or regulations in your jurisdiction that may be applicable to your participation with Chiropractic Depot, we recommend you check with the appropriate authority or seek legal opinion. By participating in Chiropractic Depot you agree to indemnity, and hold harmless Now You Know Inc., its officers, directors, employees, vendors, and suppliers, from any claims, actions or demands, or prosecutions including without limitation, legal and accounting fees, resulting from, or alleged to result from, your participation with Chiropractic Depot in a manner that may constitute a violation of a law or rule in your jurisdiction.
